We require a drawing of all installations requiring hinges and pintles. Look in the “Installation Situations” section to find the circumstance that matches your project. If you have more than one installation situation, print out and fill the dimensions for each situation involved and indicate the number of windows that fall under each circumstance. We will respond with any questions we may have and approval of the drawings before proceeding with fabrication or shipping.

With custom orders we always require a drawing of your specific condition. If you would like a piece of original hardware matched it is always best to send a sample for quote and to serve as a pattern from which we’ll work. Short of a sample, we would need a photograph or detailed drawing including dimensions. Again, we will respond with a quote and approval prior to commencing with any work.
